Any other recommendations on how I should study for the Math 2 test rather than just studying and doing the practice tests in the Barrons Math 2 book?

Hm… not too sure. I am also studying for Math 2 (mismanaged my time last year so I’m forced to take it in October as a senior) but I am going about it exactly as you described in your post.

I would recommend that, after each practice test, you look over your missed questions and write down in a notebook why you got the answer wrong and how you could have gone about it to solve it correctly. This is the strategy I used when studying for all my other standardized tests and it has paid off (2300+ SAT, 700+ SAT II Chemistry)

I think the Barron’s book should be fine. I started studying for Math II a couple of weeks before the June SAT II date out of Barron’s and was literally pulling my hair out because I couldn’t answer about 5 questions on every test and my time management sucked. By I reviewed the ones I got wrong and was able to answer almost all of the questions on the test (omitted one) and got an 800.
If you took Precalc, I would recommend reviewing that (as well as basic combination/permutation stuff and trig) because it shows up quite a bit.
And relax! I’ve heard the curve is quite good for Math II :)
