SAT II math and physics

So the school i want to apply to requires 2 SAT II exams for a math and science. I want to take the physics exam, so would being in honors physics be enough to do well? Also should i take the math 1 or 2 exam? im in AP calc ab btw. Thanks

colleges look favorably upon the math 2 exam because it is more difficult. thus, an 800 on the math 2 is much more impressive than an 800 in math 1. yes, being in AP calc ab is sufficient for that test. it will be a piece of cake for you (if you use Baron’s). Just a small hint, don’t over-think the problems (especially the limit ones) - remember, you’re taking a test that covers PRECALC. I was in the same situation as you :)

Take math II, you won’t even be tested on any of your current AB calc material.

Ask your physics teacher if your class will go over everything for the subject test, because non-AP physics classes at different schools are different. I asked my teacher and he said my honors phys class covers about 75% of what’s on the test. That’s just my class, so it probably doesn’t hold true for yours too.
