I put june but I think the ans but might have been may actually… could be like 21 may or something but that would still be may. it definitely wasn’t on the first day of may, but so long as it happens on or before 31 may it would be may
anyone else remember what they got for the f graph - g graph qn? I remember my answer looked like an S-shaped graph…but I think both options B and D had that, so… was the f graph the one with the straight line? or was that the g graph?
What do you guys think 2 blank and 3 wrong would be?
yeah but it was asking for the average temperature of the month not when 32 degrees was first reached
a raw of score of 44 (since 45-.75 = 44.25) could be a 790 or 800 based on the curve
@whoopdeedoo4 do you remember the exact phrasing of the question? because I put june too actually
yeah it asked for in which month the average first reached 32 degrees i think we’re right, june
@whoopdeedoo4 thanks!
@whoopdeedoo4 The answer is May
Hey, can anyone give me quick answers to my questions? Does SAT II Math 2 have a reasonable difficulty? Would I be able to do decently on it if I am doing strong in my current Trig/Pre-Calc Honors? And also, is there any full-on calculus on the test? Thanks!!
@clichescreenname Math L2 is algebra 2/trigonometry/pre-calc, so I think you’ll be fine. There isn’t any calculus on it, but if you haven’t learned limits in your math class already, it would be good to learn what they are. They usually don’t show up on the test, but you may see a basic question on them. The test is generally neither easy nor hard, and the curve is usually generous, but taking at least one practice test would be beneficial. In my math class, we didn’t learn some of the concepts on the test, so I personally struggled with the test, but if you are doing well in your class, you should be fine!
I skipped the last 2 questions too. Not enough time. I saw that they were hard and left them blank.
@photogeek8 There was actually a limits question on yesterday’s test!
How come yesterday’s test was the same as November 2014? Does that happen a lot (getting the same test again)?
@seyll00 CB reuses the same tests
Wow. So you could just go through all these discussions and hope that you get the same questions? XD Doesn’t seem too fair. But nice to know.
@MrAustere why would it be may
I used a grpahic calculator, entered the function, graphed the temp. Foudn firsti ntersection and it was MAY.
I put down may.
Lat time they used the test the curve was apparently lenient so I hope we do well, a lot of 800s last time.
The tets was much easier than I had expected, I used all the sat prep books
What about the question about the results and the graph for the experiment. I think I put D. E as basically saying since the lines do not go through all the points none are valid, might have been a phsyics quesiton i forgot
