SAT II Minima

Hello all, I'm in a bit of a sticky situation and could use some help. For a while I've known that the SAT II's were required at McGill's Arts and Sciences school but I was unaware of the minimum requirements until recently. According to the site, I need 2 of the following: Math II, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics. I took Math II and got a 680, 140 points above their minimum. However, I didn't know that my French score wasn't applicable. I did take Chemistry in 10th grade - I got a 570 and the minimum is 580. Are these minimum scores set in stone to the point where they don't even acknowledge your application if you don't meet them, or will I still have a chance? My SAT's are much better - 640, 800, 700 in CR/M/W if that has any meaning. If they absolutely are, I'm taking Biology in my senior year, and I'm not terrible at it - will knowing about half the course be acceptable for getting a 580 on the SAT II?

Thanks in advance.

It depends how far you exceed in your other tests. If you are borderline that could definitely bring you down, especially because I’m guessing you are applying from the U.S. You seem to be in good shape for your SATs ('cept for CR, they have a 650 min). AP scores?
How is your GPA?
Did you take the ACT?
I was told my counselor that those are the minimums, and essentially it was “if you don’t meet them don’t apply”. My counselor is also known for being an imbecile.

Don’t know about your last question  I’m not a student at McGill.
