SAT II Molecular Biology

I just took the molecular biology sat subject test and I don’t think I did too well  I am confused how I am scoring so low on all the practice tests I took in PR and Barrons because my final was the 2018 AP Biology Exam that my teacher had access to and I received a 5. I have been scoring in the mid 600’s on PR and Barrons. The highest score I received was 680 in PR. Shouldn’t the SAT subject test be easier than the AP Test?

I already know I got one problem wrong on the subject test I took this morning and I omitted one. I’m retaking June 1st but I’m not sure how else to study as I have done both prep books and am still not able to break 700. I went in wanting to take ecology but ended up taking molecular because it seemed easier. I didn’t particularly study for one specific one.

AP Bio and SAT Bio are very different. SAT requires more factual knowledge than is covered in an AP course, especially in anatomy, physiology, plants, and classification. Use the most current SAT Bio study aids. The AP Bio aids won’t be as helpful.

How much studying should I do for the SAT Bio M Subject test if I just took the AP Bio exam?

What I learnt is that AP Bio and SAT Bio are quite different. SAT requires more factual knowledge and cover boarder areas while AP goes a bit deeper as it is supposed to be college level course. SAT cover subjects toward high school.
