SAT II Physics question

I am studying from Sparknotes's SAT II Physics prep book and I'm having some difficulties with optics. In practice test 2 #34 the problem states: Which of the following statements about mirrors are true for concave mirrors but not convex mirrors?

I. The focal point is in front of the mirror
II. The image is real
III. Incoming rays that hit the vertex are reflected at an equal angle to the axis.

I picked I only, but the answer is I and II.... If the object is located in front of the focal point, the image will be virtual right? So why am I wrong?

I'm not sure but in my book it says that with a concave mirror you can get both real and virtual images; and with a convex, only virtual images. Hope that helps.
