SAT II Physics Thread

Oh man! November SATs are next week... That, I did not see coming -_-
So let's talk Physics?
Ask questions, answer questions, anything so I can get my brain rolling on this physics ><

oh my god!!! it's so soon! but i'm preparing as much as i can these days!!!
i do have a kaplan book and am waiting for my PR book from Amazon.
what do you think about Kaplan's test compared to the real thing??

I have Kaplan and it seems that the tests are comparable to the real thing but maybe a little easier.

Right now I'm stuck trying to study all the things we didn't study in physics class last year like relativity and photons...
Anybody have tips?
I've never taken chem before either, so some of the stuff we didn't learn is kind of tough to grasp.

i just received PR's physics book and it seems like pretty much good review book, but comes along with only 2 tests. i think Kaplan is a bit easier than PR. so i wanna know about how the real thing is compared to these 2.

How much do PR and Kaplan cost?

Damn, I'm taking Physics in December and I need to learn all the things I didn't study at school.

I used Kaplan ($19.95 new) for the October test and I thought it did a pretty good job...i ended up w/ a 760. That said, the test I took was HEAVY on electricity and magnetism, not nearly as much mechanics as the practice tests in the book. and remember, there is a big curve, so don't worry if you miss a few...i skipped 8 and am sure i got at least 5 more wrong.

Does it matter if I kind of skip out on the nuclear, relativity, and photon stuff?
We didn't study this in physics honors last year, and I get nauseous just looking at some of it...

How many questions can I expect on those, and can anybody explain quickly what I would need to know about them?
