I was shocked when I received my SAT II results for December:
710 in Physics.....
Even though I had 800 in Math II and 2180 in the SAT I (730 CR, 800 Math and 650 Writing), I think that my chances of getting admission to universities like MIT, Harvard or Stanford are low :-S especially that I want to do Engineering
What do you think?
I was top of the high school at physics for 3 years but....

lol i’m the opposite I got 760 in physics in June then I woke up today and saw a 710 in Math II and I was like dang that’s gonna hurt. I’m applying for engineering too so yeah we’re on the same boat

There is something wrong with the scores of December SATs.
A lot of people go less than they expected to have.
By the way, how much did you score at the sat Xavier?

My son does well in AP Physics this year, and got A’s in honors last year, and got a 700 on the December test. That’s about 57th percentile. Won’t help or hurt, IMO.

I didn’t take the SAT, I took the ACT and scored 31.
I took SAT Math I and scored 760… I expected to receive a much higher score in Math II
Could it be the competition that arises from SAT deadlines for college applications?

I scored the exact same thing in physics. How can I improve my score?

I didn’t prepare for physics in November and I got 710. A month later after preparing the exam, I still got 710.
