SAT II Prep Books?

Hey everybody, this may seem like a bit of a foolish questions, but i'm wondering if it would be beneficial to buy any prep books for either the US History SAT II or the Biology SAT II. Normally this would be an easy yes, but I recently took AP exams for both of these subjects and have AP review books for both (are there any topics covered in the SAT IIs not covered in APs?). I'm leaning towards buying the college board SAT II prep book since it's relatively cheap (~$10) and provides a few practice tests per subjects.

Any thoughts, advice or other recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Somebody posted here that Cliff’s AP Bio (which I have) is fairly sufficient for Bio SAT II and that the only thing it’s missing is a skeletal system section (which in the SAT II PR book, apparently isn’t that much).
