I'm currently going to be a Senior and I talked to my counselor before school ended about my SAT II's. Currently, I have a 700 in Math IIC, 680 in US History and 580 in Bio (crap.... haha). I am currently looking at applying to UC schools and some others, and planning on majoring in Computer Science or something related to that (could be engineering). My counselor said that even though I have a 700 and 680 and the UC's take your top 2 SAT II's, that since I am planning on majoring in comp sci, that they will want to look at ONE Math SAT II and ONE Science related SAT II. My question: Is this true, or will they only take my top 2 SAT II's? Should I retake my Bio SAT II because of this? If I decide to retake Bio, then I am planning on retaking my Math IIC test as well. Thanks. :)

if the requirements states that the SAT II's are to be from Math and science then they will use your bio and math ones. If it doesn't say anything, then they will take the highest two; however, they will notice your 580 in bio since all of your scores will be sent.

But are you sure they won't look at my bio score if I'm going to do engineering/comp sci? I need to know whether I need to study to retake the SAT II in Bio or not.

Check out their website; if it does say that for CS you need one math and one science, they'll look at the bio and math II score.
