SAT II question

Must I send my SAT II scores to all the colleges I apply to? A response to this question would be much appreciated.

SAT II scores are automatically sent when you send your SATI scores. Therefore, I believe any school to which you send your SAT I scores, you must also send all of your SAT II scores.

Thank you cj_svu6 for your response. I've gotten different answers to this question ( I was hoping to get more responses from the members of this board).
My guidance counselor told me that I do not. Some of my friends have told me yes.
I'm taking English and Math subject tests, but if i do bad on them, I don't want them sent and I would send my ACT score instead.
BU gives me a choice : ACT score, or 2 subject tests. Either, in addition of course , to my SAT's

Like cj_svu6 said, all scores from the collegeboard are sent together. You cannot pick and choose. You can only choose on the ACTs. So yes, they will eb sent.

I know it definitely can get confusing because everyone seems to have different answers for everything. Here's what it says on the Collegeboard website:
"All available scores will be sent, including those from previous test administrations. You cannot send only your latest or highest SAT Reasoning Test scores, or separate scores for critical reading or math or writing, or only SAT Reasoning Test or only SAT Subject Tests scores. "

Plus, I just sent my scores yesterday and I couldn't break them up. Ideally, I would have loved to have been able to just send my SATII's without the SATI, but it's not possible. Hope this helps! (and good luck!)

Thank you cj-svu6 . Can I then cancel taking the SATII's without any ripercussion ?

If you mean cancel without taking the test, here's what the website says:

"Once you've submitted your registration (and received Confirmation or your Admission Ticket) it cannot be canceled and your test fees cannot be refunded. You may, however, transfer your registration to a future test date for fee by contacting us."

However, you can also cancel test scores right after you take the tests (so you don't see your scores). You still lose your registration money and you have to cancel all of your SATII's taken on the same day, but this way I don't think they even ever score your test, so colleges don't see them.
This link is very helpful:

What I did when I wanted to cancel my SATs was I simply didn't go. Nothing ever happened and they just cancelled the test...

johnny_g, it's pretty simple. If you send your ACT, you don't have to send any SATs, I or II. However, if you send any SAT, whether I or II, you send them all.

Does that make sense?

like kutibah said, you dont have to show up. but you wont get a refund.
