I'm a sophomore now, and I've taken a load of SAT IIs, 4 to be exact, and I'm sick of them

I've taken Bio, Chem, Chinese, and Math, all 800s except for Bio which I got a 790

I went to this college counselor at this prep place and he told me that I should take a history or lit next year, to show I can handle humanities and stuff. I'm taking AP USH next year as a junior, so SAT II USH shouldn't be that hard.

The problem is, I dont want to come off as a failure at time-management or a super test taker to the colleges.
Should I do yet another SAT II?

What college do you want to go to?

How would you be a “failure at time-management”? I think that 4 near-perfect scores is sufficient for virtually any college and while you could take more, I would not feel obligated to do so.

I agree with Charlie Brown that four SAT IIs are more than enough for any college. It’s up to you whether you want to take a humanity one, as long as doing so would not significantly divert your attention away from your ECs. I personally would spend my time on other aspects of my life if I were you… but again, you have whole year to decide.
