sat II questions

I was wondering if I should retake my Sat IIs. I got 730 chem, 720 USHistory, 800 math. I am looking at the most selective schools, and my us especially seems to be a little bit weak. Is it worth it to retake these, or is this something similar to standardized tests (SAT I, ACT) where your either qualified or not. I guess what I mean is, will they look at my scores, see that I am over 700 on all ,and then check me off for that, or look closer? Is there a real difference on these in terms of admissions between getting a 730 and say a 760? Also if I were to retake them, can schools see all of your tests scores or just the ones you request to be seen? Thank you very much

Some schools require ALL your test scores and don’t allow Collegeboard’s Score choice (Stanford is an example). But as long as you get your scores up the second/third/fourth etc this doesn’t really have that big of an impact. Hmmm…730+ is good, but usually people like to get their SAT II above 770. I’m sure that if you have good ECs, AP, SAT, and ACT scores, they will not use it against you. If you’d like, you could retake them. It certainly wouldn’t hurt. Just buy the “answer” sheet and when you’re done taking the test, you can compare your answers and if you don’t feel confident you can cancel your score within 14 hours. I think…You might want to double check on their policies.

thanks. does anyone else have any advice/thoughts on this??
