i just decided i am applying to CIT and noticed they want 2 SAT II's. ive got a 700 in chem, hope thats good, but ive never done a math one. i am taking the Spanish and physics SAT IIs in a week. i remember them saying you can change the test you take on test day, so i figure ill be switching the physics one to Math I or II. which would you guys advise taking? in in Calc right now and am willing to commit as much time to cramming as is possible. (3 PM when i get home, till 1 AM When i sleep, minus HW Time)

Math II is easier to score higher then Math I. You can get more wrong. I took Math II and it was mostly trig from what I remember. If you’re in Calculus you should be in good shape to take Math II.

any book you advise i purchase like Princeton Review or Kaplans?

How did you do in PreCalc or Trig? I don’t think you need to study for Math II. It’s nothing like SAT math. It’s alot easier.

i got an A average in Pre-calc and never took trig. id feel safer with a book, if you say it is easy, does CIT expect an 800 on it?

I don’t think they expect an 800 but probably a good 1/4 who apply will have an 800. I don’t think you should worry too much.

They probably expect at least a 750+ on Math IIC. I mean, you are applying for engineering. Anyhow, I’d recommend using PR and Meylani (or Barron’s, depending on how your brain operates… mine didn’t like Barron’s as much as Meylani).
