I am applying to Harvard and Georgetown who both require 3 SAT II scores as you guys probably know.

My scores (only subject test scores as of November):

800 - Math II
800 - U.S. History
440 - German with Listening

1) Do Harvard and Georgetown accept January SAT II scores (I did not sign up for the December test date)?

2) Is the Biology test easy to self-study for if you are taking the AP Biology class this year? I am either thinking of taking Math I, Biology, or Literature in January (if allowed).

3) Are colleges telling the truth when they say they ONLY look at your highest scores? Cause I do not want them to see my german score....

Maybe you should consider standby registration for the December test. I'd recommend Literature over Math 1 because a) it doesn't require a lot of prep, and b) two maths seems a bit pointless to most people.

Assuming you can get a decent third score, I wouldn't worry about the German. First of all, they say they won't consider it. Secondly, a foreign language will probably be viewed less critically than a math/science/history subject (unless you want to major in German).

mati-640 ush-610 matii- 600 physics 530 bioe- 540 chem-470 <<< my science teachers were terrible, and of course I'm majoring in atmospheric science.....

and the 540 is after taking AP Bio for a month. App. if your schools "require" them, the scores could potentiall hurt your app. , but I was told if they are only "recommended", they can only help, not hurt. Good luck!
