So my SAT II scores are really not that good (in the high 600s). Do you think that is going to be a weakness for me in my college applications? My grades are great, class rank is great, ap scores great, extracurriculars/volunteering great, but standardized testing just isn't my thing... How big of a deal is it?

It would hurt, but SAT II are not required for some schools. Think of it as an assessment, similiar to the SAT, in individual subjects. I feel that it is equally important to the SAT if not more. It helps the AO decide if the college is right for you

What if I got 5’s on the AP exams of the same subjects (in which I took SAT II tests in)?

Then I think you are probably just fine. My son did the opposite in 2 subjects–ie SAT II’s of 760 and 800 but AP scores of 3 on both (and the SAT II and AP tests were taken just about 3 weeks apart). Weird! However, the school looks at all of you. The rigor of your courses, GPA, and ACT or SAT are more important than the SAT II or AP scores.
