Hey everyone! I took the SAT II (Subject tests) in Math II and Bio-E. My Math II score was 800 but my Bio-E score was 700. I am aiming towards highly technical schools such as Carnegie Mellon, Caltech, and MIT.

What do you think I should do: retake the Bio-E test, or try my hand at physics? I have taken both AP Biology and AP Physics B?

(I am a sophomore btw).

If you know you can score higher on bio (750+), then you should retake bio. Otherwise, maybe you should try physics.

ya u should retake if u think u can score higher. dont worry u have plenty of time

you can take more than one subject test on a date. So why not take both?

^ Agree. Also, you should aim for >90% scores particularly for MIT.

In most circumstances I’d tell you to go cry in a ditch for asking about retaking a 700, but for CalTech and MIT, definitely retake.
