I just got my scores back today and got
780 Math 2
780 U.S. History
760 Chem.

These looked pretty good (at least to me) but it appears that a high percentage of people get an 800 on these things? So I'm not actually that sure what these scores mean...

Also, will colleges take into account the math 2 score more if I had a bad math score for the SAT. Even though I got 800 on math on PSAT and 36 math on ACT, I got only 700 on SAT math. I plan to retake it, but anyway, would 780 on math 2 make the 700 look like a bad day or is the 780 not that special/colleges view the SAT II's separately from the SAT and don't place a lot of emphasis. Thanks for the feedback.

blaaaah :(
580 on US history

those scores are great, and colleges look at your total score more than individual SAT score (and no it doesn't look bad that you got 700math I)

what...?
you got a 36 on your ACT... why would they care about your SAT that's over with and you have a higher score they don't look back at your failures when considering you as an applicant.

the 36 was just for the math section on the act

800 math iic but a **** 760 in math ic. (Still wondering what mistake i made)

You probably got the same number of questions wrong, only the curve is really nasty on Math IC. It's easy material, and getting 3 or 4 questions wrong drops you to the border 700.

Are math, english, science, & reading on the ACT tests looked at individually or always only as a composite score?

When all of the above are taken, and the scores are sent, will they all be considered, individually?

how do these rate: 28, 30, 26, 20 (ugh) 640, 640, 640, 780 (math II), 760 (US hist)
Should they all be retaken? or can I get back to concentrating on actually doing schoolwork? (something that would actually use in my life!!)
