i want to take the world history SAT II in june, but i don't know how well i will do on it. can i take the test and not show it to colleges if i do bad on it?

No, no you can not

Yes. It's called cancelling. You will have to cancel as soon as possible if you don't want colleges to see it.

But if you don't cancel (by the Wednesday after the test, I believe), it will be shown with your SAT and other SAT II scores.

Well thats true but not after finding your score. you must decide before the scores come out so your riskin it

so after i recieve my score, i have to cancel it? or after i take the test i have a week to cancel it?

If you cancel your SAT II World History, any other subject tests taken that day will be cancelled as well.

To cancel a score at the test center, ask the test supervisor for a Request to Cancel Test Scores Form, complete it immediately, and return it to the test supervisor before leaving the room. Once your request to cancel scores has been submitted, your scores cannot be reinstated and will not be reported to you or your designated institutions.

The second option is correct. However, don't procrastinate, either.

after the test. after you recieve the score, its final. you cant see..hey i got a 550..i dont want this but you can think..i dont think that went well, ill cancel

thank you so much!
