SAT II strongly recommended but not required

Ok so here is my situation. I'm a senior in hs and most of the schools I'm applying to do not have much of a preference whether I have taken SAT IIs or not. However, I'm applying to UVA and they 'strongly recommend' that I do. I took the math II test a year ago and got a 720. Now, I've been trying to find another subject test to take for a while now but I seem to be terrible at all the rest! I signed up for the physics one in june after taking an ap physics class in school..but then when I took a practice test I did absolutely horrible and decided not to take it. Now, I'm signed up for a literature subject test this saturday and I just took a practice test and did dreadful.

So I was wondering just how important is it?
I mean I did fairly decent (obviously not up to the standards of people here) on my SATI with a 2140 and 1450 on two parts. So just how important is it for me to take that second subject test?

PS: It's wednesday and the test is on saturday so I would really appreciate feedback as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

I cannot say about the lit, but I had heard the physics test is tough if your course prep is not good. How many tests does UVA want? Perhaps with your other scores it may not matter.
