SAT II Subject Tests for Chemical Engineering major

So far, I'm planning on giving the Math Level 2 (Compulsory), Chemistry, Biology M and Physics tests. I plan on majoring in Chemical Engineering and taking a couple of Biology related electives as well. I really don't feel like giving the Physics test. Anyway, will my application be frowned upon if I don't give the Physics SAT Subject Test? I will however send the Math Level 2, Chemistry and Biology scores.

You’ll be fine, IMO. As long as you scored very well on the Math II

Okay, thanks a lot, both for the answer and the quick reply :)

If the school requires SAT2, your Math2 and Chem/Bio would be sufficient. Most schools do not admit you directly into a major anyway. Having Math2 + 1 Science SAT2 should be good enough unless the school specify other requirement.

Alright, thanks! So when do they usually admit a person into a major?

For most schools, you declare your major after freshmen year.

Okay, thanks :)
