SAT II Subject Tests - Send all??

Hi,

I've realized that some colleges don't allow Score Choice for SAT, so I have to send them all the tests I've taken. However, when I select the scores on Collegeboard, I can deselect Subject Tests that I don't want to be sent.

For example, I have 2 that I want to send: 800 and 750.
and 3 that I don't want to send (2 of which I am retaking this Saturday and sending).

If I only report the 800 and 750, and the 2 I am taking this Saturday on my Common App, then send only those 4 scores, would these non-Score Choice colleges know that I omitted some? Would they care? If I did send all scores, would it count against me that I took 7 tests, 3 of which I did pretty badly?? (720 700 and 700) but retook...

Thanks!

BTW, some of my top choice schools are Stanford and Yale, which require all scores to be sent.

If your lowest subject test scores were 700+ then relax and send them all.[ 7 tests? yikes!]

^Yea, 2 are retakes. but that’s the thing, wouldn’t they think I was crazy or somethin?

I don’t think adcoms waste time “analyzing” subject test scores. they are not nearly as important as GPA, the rigor of the classes you took and your SAT/ACT scores. they just use them to “verify” the grades received in those subjects, and the they move on.

I agree with the previous posts. My D got into Stanford with a couple of subject tests under 700. Relax. Put your effort into your essays.

Alright thanks, I’ll list all 7 SAT II’s then. hopefully there’s enough space on the common app…
