SAT II Subject Tests - Uniformity?

Hello,

I'm currently a high school junior, with two SAT II tests under my belt:

Biology - 750 - scored freshman year after my completion of AP Biology.
Math II - 770 - scored sophomore year after my completion of Pre-calculus.

I'm planning to major (hopefully) in biomedical engineering, or another similar branch. Although my GPA is quite low (3.64 unweighted as a result of taking 4 APs as an underclassman), I still have marginal hopes on attending those top-tiered schools.

My question is: Considering my major, would it be wise to take the U.S. History Subject Test this coming May? I regard my current AP US History with great respect and I have a very high chance of scoring an 800. Would it be better to submit a diverse subject test list, or a more focused one?

I've considered taking the chemistry subject test, (after my completion of AP Chemistry sophomore year), but my chemistry education was less than superb, and I wasn't an entire fan of the chem subject test format.

Taking the U.S. History test would be fine.

Diversity is usually better. Most top colleges have a liberal arts education, and they prefer applicants who don’t specialize too early.

Ah okay. Thanks for the clarification!
