SAT II Test Scores Submissions

Do SAT II Test Scores automatically go to the colleges you apply to? Or do you have to voluntarily send them? Can you selectively send scores? i.e. suppose you take Math, Chem and Spanish, but only want to send Math and Spanish -- can you do that?

Yes, the student chooses which scores to send and to whom. The only exception is if you utilize the four free Score Reports provided with the completion of your registration by the College Board.

So one can take a test and perpetually hide the score if the score is not satisfactory?

If that option is available under a university’s test submission policy, then yes, that is acceptable.

But most of the time the test submission policy only indicates the number of SAT II tests required. Is “All SAT Scores Required for Review” only applicable to SAT I or both SAT I and II?

It’s applicable to both, unfortunately.
