SAT II: To take or not?

Hello. This is a little long but any help and comment is appreciated. (I need to decide by Friday to register for October SAT)
Well, a little bit about myself.. I'm a junior in high school.
I took chemistry & precalculus last year as a sophomore and have been spendinng quite some time this summer studying those subjects to take SAT II Chem and Math IIC in October.

Well, I am not quite sure if I should take it any more.
The test is in less than a month, and I am not sure if I am ready, or will be satisfied w/ my scores if I were to take it.
My school starts this week so I won't have much time to study for SAT II.

I have been studying for Chem with Barron's, and I got a 700 on the first practice test.
I studied for Math II with Princeton, and I took the diagnostic test on Barron's book and got a 710.

I do know I can take it next year (June 2012 or October 2012), but I want to get SAT II's out of my way.

I want to get at least 750 on Math and 700's on Chemistry.

Do you guys think I am ready for the test?
If I don't score well, is it possible to not send the score to colleges (Score Choice, I believe it is called)?

Thank you so much in advance...
