<p>Does anyone know what the best book out there for US history is? I heard Barrons, but at amazon everyone said it sucked. Kaplans then? Please respond.</p>
<p>yeah im hearing kaplans 05-06 edition is great. but i also heard that for
SAT II US HISTORY For Dummies. i still haven't made up my mind.</p>
<p>I used the REA book for the APs and then used it for SAT 2...It was really helpful.</p>
<p>Also BEWARE the practice questions in the Barrons are ridiculous; I'd get 570s on their tests, high 700s on Kaplan's and ended up w/ and 800.</p>
