so your telling me I could have done worse lol

But how many could you possibly have gotten wrong a group of 8 questions? If you are pulling about 12 wrong per ~80, you are getting 1 wrong in 7 or so (maybe fewer). And they are surely the easiest ones no one, especially not you who worries about a 740, will get wrong.

i PRAY they are the easy ones no one remebers

this is out of topic..but i was just wondering what books would you guys suggest jto study off of for someone who hasnt taken apush

IMO, some of the MC questions required a lot more information then most prep books give...if you wanna do well I would suggest just getting an APUSH/Introductory College Level US History textbook and reading it...then after that maybe review general trends & topics with a prep book, possibly sparknotes, or the APUS REA book, or APUSH PR is good, too.

med, if you took the APUSH test on the 5th then you were probably really prepared for this test, how do you know you wont have forgotten some of the stuff the next time you take the test... and i'm on the same boat... i think i did really bad on my math part but i dont want to risk messing up my us history score so i dont think i will cancel.

a little off topic but anyone know if ivy leagues look at every sat II you take or just your highest...

do you guys know if the curve is gonna be harder for the May SAT USH because like so many ppl that took APUSH took SAT the very next day. that means like everybody would have done well so does that = curve is harsher?
anybody who took it last year in May please respond.

i think that makes sense but if thats right then sucks for us lol

Someone said all curves were predetermined based on question difficulty and previous test trends. So it doesn't matter if AP kids take it.

8 omits, 0 wrong so far (from what I've looked into).

Anyone think that's still an 800? :(

FreshElephant - you still have a shot! Anyway, I'd have to say not much sympathy if you got a 790! :) i can understand why you want the 800 though. Good luck!

wow...you people need to stop freaking. I got a 660 (the horror!) on history and omg! I got a 730 on Lit. Despite these "horrible" scores I still managed to get into Northwestern and Duke, so please stop worrying and definitely don't cancel your scores!

how was the lit curve for u, like how many wrong for ur score?
