i got a 2130 on my sat 1, and three sat IIs: literature, 690, US 690, and Bio 680
i was planning on retatking the sat I as I'm hoping my ap scores will balance out my low sat IIs: Bio 4, Euro 4, Psych 5, US history 5, Lang & Comp 5

would it be better to retake the sat one or sat twos?

from columbia’s perspective, your APs won’t ‘balance out’ your SAT 2 scores. Actually, your SAT 2s are not bad, but likewise, you’re APs are not great either. There’s no point trying to balance one out with the other.

A 2130 can be fine (700/730/700) or it can be quite bad (600/800/730). Tell us how your SAT 1 was split.

thanks for the feedback!
i am applying ED
my sat 1 is 700 math, 750 CR, 680 writing
shoot…i’m currently signed up for the sat 1 ): and even if i could switch it to sat 2 i would not have time to study i realized
