was the quote the one about dharma… then it was caste system. the one about buddhism was that it threatened soceity and it was like the priest of Jupiter in constantinople

Haha still not the right one. The choice I Chose was marco polos voyages to china or whatever. It was about India and spices and stuff.

^I put the Aztec priest with the Spanish because the quote was by the Han imperial scholar so he obviously practiced Confucianism, an already established custom in China, who was shunning the new incursion of Buddhism. Hence I thought the Aztec priest resembled the established Aztec cult and disliked the incursions by the Spanish? I don’t know…

I think it was Roman jupiter priest under constantine, not in constantinople. Therefore, it was that one because constantine allowed christianity which they previously did not allow. THats what i thoguht

But then the Aztec leaders allowed the Spanish to come because they thought Cortes was a god? I had the Jupiter priest one but i changed it to the aztec…AHH!

the choice said an Aztec priest BEFORE the spanish which is why i didnt pick it. sorry aspirare… i dont know which quote you’re talking about then the only one with goods was the luxury goods. and the enduring effect of silk road trade was buddhism in east asia

I’m pretty sure it said after the Spanish. Besides, Christianity is an inside influence in the Jupiter one. Christianity in Aztecs is an outside influence. Just like Buddhism and Han Yu (I think that was his name). The Chinese guy called it Barbarian for a reason. And it was from outside China. Rome had ruled Judea and the Jewish for a while. Bythe way, yesterday I ws like I gotta study etruscans, surrealism, blah blah blah. I ended up guessing like 16 questions on that test. Left 2 blank, guessed on like 15???.. and thought that test was easy. Easier than all the released and PR exams. Oh and I thought East Africa was the place for gold since that wouldn’t sail to middle east, central africa, etc. Plus, India was prominent for their spices not gold.

I thought it was hard but was not surpsied considering how hard the practice tests I took were. I felt it was the same as the practice tests and I got around 650s on those so I think I probably did the same. Ill be happy with that though knowing how hard it is.

O, and I generally got around 40 wrong to get the 650s.

What did you guys put for the question about LEAST non-violent? There was something about a Mau Mau movement in Africa, the National Indian Congress against Britain, civil rights in the US, etc. I put the one about India protest against passings in Africa, because I had no idea.

Can someone start putting all the answers together.

The least non-violent was definetly not the one involving India and Ghandi, I forgot what I put but I know that Ghandi was very peaceful.

The one about kenya.

@gardy - Yeah, I didn’t put the Indian resistance to British colonialism. I put E, mainly because I hadn’t had E in a while.

Did any of you say colonial centralized bureaucracy for an answer?

I think I put Kenya because I knew I could elimate the ones that were not in Africa and out of the ones in Africa I knew it couldn’t be the one in South Africa because Nelson Mandela was peaceful

@almost - yeah but i forget which one it was comparing 2 things and one was more centralized
i put the mau mau revolution but was skeptic cuz there were 2 indias which made me think the non-gandhi one was right

It was comparing spanish and british colonialism i think.

@ almostsk8r - the one about the differences between English and Spanish colonies? I think I put centralized bureaucracy, too.

Hey, what did you guys put for the question with that poster of a woman smiling, working with spools of thread? I put social-realism and Soviet Idealism.

Yeah same, the only two answers that matched up ahha.
