SAT II World History

Anyone know the recent curve for world history? As far as I know, 80+ is 800.

Also, does anyone use Stearn's World Civilizations for their AP/SAT World History prep? It seemed like a nice book and I ordered one. If anyone uses it, can you comment on the book?

bump*

Anyone?

80+ would be 800 for sure. The most lenient curve that I have seen was a raw score of 75 for an 800. The curve on average would prorbably be 78-80 for an 800.

juventus is a very cool individual

Hey, I did the 1st practice test in the Barron's World History book. Made 30 mistakes out of 101 questions (ouch!). How much do you think that'll be on the actual test?

how would you find out the cutoffs for scores? I got a 790 in june and really want to know what I missed.

lol j/w, what would a 50 be on the test?

I just took the prac. test without any study and got 80... O_o Is something wrong with Barrons or what.. ?

nope: nope you're just really good. wish i could pull that off.

Ok good...I will concentrate on math now (Getting about half of the damned q's wrong!!!) Bio can save for tomorrow... I might skip school tomorrow to study for this!!

World History is apperently considered the most difficult SAT II, so the curve is lenient.
God I can't spell today. No remarks please.

I think Chemistry, Physics and Literature are much much more difficult...just me though.

"When a reaction proceeds with NaOH and blahblahblah.." ...O.o

"Suppose the particle accelerates at 2 m/s along a path x2+3x+2...what will the instantaneous velocity be at 3 seconds?" O.o

"The use of the word "blah" in the 2nd line of this sentence functions primarily to.." O.o
