Sat Ii

What type of score range for the subject tests is Columbia looking for?

Well I don't know about Columbia specifically, but subject tests are meant to show that you're good at a certain subject (or 2 or 3). You really want to score 700+ on each test for a school like Columbia [750+ on your best subject(s)]. While the SAT I is mainly meant to test your reasoning skills, the subject test show how much you actually know about the material.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Do you know which ones you might want to take?

If I'm applying early to Columbia, will it accept November SAT II scores?

should accept november courses, also for SATII, it varies very much from subject to subject, because averages scores vary considerably, they have them somewhere online, but basically mandarin has an average score of 750-760, so unless you get 800 don't bother, average for mathII is like 650-660 or something, so a 700 would not really portray a prowess in the field. i'd say for the sciences 750+ for others 700+, but it's purely dependent on the subject.

ok thanks
