I took the June SAT and got a 2270
I took the June ACT and got a 35

Everyone's been telling me to submit just the ACT, but I'd also like for the admissions people to see my SAT II scores as well

Math I and II 800, Chem 800, Spanish 770, USH 750

If on the common application I just fill in the spaces for ACT and SAT II would that be alright, or should I also just let them see my SAT score as well? I'm not sure what would benefit me the most.

Colleges will generally consider the highest scores submitted, so I wouldn't worry. You might also check to see if the colleges in which you are interested accept the ACT instead of SAT + SAT2s.

If you really want the schools to see your scores, send them to them. When you send an SAT score report, it will include all your scores, including your SAT IIs. NOt sending your SAT IIs will not hurt your application since your ACT is so strong. You will not lose either way.
