<p>They will look at everything they get from CollegeBoard. That is your Reasoning SAT + all your Subject SAT scores. If they ask for two subjects and you take four they'll probably look at your highest two for decision making but will also value your endeavour on the other two.</p>
<p>Some schools might check only the subjects related to your major.</p>
<p>You can find that information on individual college's websites. Some colleges say they will take your top two or three (depending on how many they require) into consideration, but all scores will be reported to the college.</p>
