I took the SAT II Biology test (lol you can see all my ranting on the subject test boards) and im pretty sure i got 660-700 range. Now, i'm not applying to harvard or anything, but i wanna major in science and im applying to university of pittsburgh.

i can't see why a good score like that on the SAT II's would hurt your application, especially since you don't even need to take it to get in. i think it will only make you a stronger applicant.

A score in the high 600s is very good. I know students who have been admitted to Top 25 schools such as Hamilton and Colgate with SAT II scores in the low 600s.

oh okay lol because i was looking back at the SAT II results from may and they were all like crying because they got low 700s so i assumed that 600s was REALLY bad.

The SAT II's can be easier than SAT I's to score well on, but not always, compare it to if you got the same score on an SAT I. So, high 600's is still solid, but not exceptional. But, with the people here at CC, many people get 2300 type SAT I's, so a 700 is a sin to them on an SAT II.

NOTE: CC IS A VERY SKEWED AND DEPRESSING PLACE REGARDING SCORES/COLLEGES.

unless you are applying to HYP don't let what people worry about here get to your head. The average score is 500+, so high 600's is actually a really good score in the scheme of things. Absolutely NO need to retake for where you are applying!
