SAT IIs or APs, which is harder?

<p>I'm taking Bio and U.S. History subject tests, I got 5s on both on the APs, but I think it may just be partly due to luck. I remember most of the material, so what should I expect to be able to score on the SAT IIs if I don't study?</p>
