So i've taken 3 SAT II subject tests and recieved a 770 on Bio, a 750 on US Hist. and then a dismal 690 on Lit. I only want my schools to see my top two, is this possible? Will they simply ignore the 690?

Collegeboard sends ALL of your scores.

But seriously, since you did so well on the other 2, I don't think that a 690 will hurt you.

If you thinka 690 is dismal you need to put things into perspective.

Yeah, a 690 is not that bad. I know a girl who had a 680, 690, and a 420 or something on spanish and she got into some really good schools.

collegeboard sends all of your scores

as for if colleges will ignore the 690, it depends on what colleges you're applying to and how many SAT IIs they require; if 2, then they'll look at your top 2; if 3, then they'll consider the 690 also

Ok thankyou

What do you guys think a 630 in lit would look compared to two 800s in math level 2 and chem? I could definately do better than a 630, but I don't really feel like taking it again...

aabar--it depends on what school.
if the college needs two you're fine. if it needs 3 retake it or do another.

for schools similar to Rice Middlebury MIT or Princeton you need to have 700 plus to be in the 50 percent range.
