i took the sat ii bio and math i but intend to major in astronomy..
how badly will this hurt my chances :(. do colleges understand that no 16 year old is completely certain of what they want to do in life? or do they value students with consistency more?
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i should have taken the sat ii physicsssssssssssssss

They won’t care. With the exception of the very few schools that require applicants to officially declare a major and make it difficult for them to later change, colleges don’t expect either 16yos or 18yos to have much idea of what they want to do.

Besides what is said above, you are also incorrect. Whenever colleges recommend SAT IIs to provide for a science major in relation to a science that is not one taken in high school, the answer is the same: a math and a science, usually chemistry, physics or biology, your choice.
