I know chicago doesn't require SAT IIs but most people submitted them anyways.
mine are pretty weak, probably the worst part of my overall app, but i think most people who got admitted took them and it shows dedication i guess.
is it smart to just withold my scores or submit them?
Literature: 760 Writing: 700 Math IIC: 630

We didn't know on this either but don't they go automatically with your SATI? DD's were Lit 710/writing 670/IIc 710 and she got in EA. She retook and got a bit higher but Chi hasn't seen them ye. Your scores are not really weak, they are quite strong. I'd recco submitting them.

send them. they really aren't bad at all. depending on what your SAT Is are, they could supplement. but they could not detract, really.

If you are sending your SATI, all the SATIIs go along with it. There is no withholding option any longer (as of about 2 or 3 years ago). Chicago does not consider SATIIs so even if they were all 400s, it would not affect their decision.
