i want to apply to some schools that require 3 SATIIs and so far i have 780 750 and 730 but the 730 is in IC should i waste my time taking IIC in november or will the IC be good enough

Well, considering that IIC is harder than IC (okay, not really harder, just covers more advanced material) you would probably do worse on the IIC, unless you've done some prepping since you took that, or have since learned the IIC material. Otherwise, your score on the IIC would probably be lower than the IC, in the 600 range, in which case there's no point in taking it. Even if you think you would score higher on the IIC, colleges only look to see 2-3 solid SAT IIs, which you seem to have. So you don't really need it, but take it if you think it'll help you, and if you're not applying early decision anywhere (in which case I believe the results come too late to be included on your appplication).

*Sorry, thought you had more SAT IIs than you had. In that case, I would definitely agree with HiWei's advice that you look at a book. Your taking of the IIC may be contingent upon your projected score on that test being higher than your score for the IC. But really, you have nothing to lose.

I know some people that have scored higher on the IIC because the curve is nicer and the material may be newer/more familiar. Look at a book and see if you can do it (cause the IIC definitely looks better too).

:)

i took IC back in 9th grade and since i have taken calculus
