SAT: Improving beyond 2200+

I've taken the SAT twice, about a year apart, and both times, I've gotten a score of 2200 and now I feel like I've plateaued, though my goal is to get at least 2300+. How should I continue to improve since the subscore for each of my sections is around 730ish? Practice tests? Working on rules/principles? Or what? I know I can improve more, as from the very first time I took the SAT, I scored a mere 1800 and have already had a 400 pt increase in the last 3 years...

I know that if I put enough effort in, it will definitely improve, and I'm totally willing to do so, it's just that I don't know where to go from here. It's just so difficult to get better since the higher your score, the less room for dramatic improvement, you know? Any tips on going for the home stretch?

Keep it up, take practice tests till you're absolutely sick of them.
