SAT issue

If I write just one example that supports my point of view can I get a good score in the SAT ?

Actually I recommend 2-3 examples. Although it is possible to get a good score with one example, it is not recommended. I used 3 examples and BSed both pages completely and still got a ten. If possible, can u plz look for a post of mine on the 2013 questbridge prep scholarship thread and answer my question. Thank you.

I also think that a more appropriate place for this thread would be the SAT preparation topic.

but the thing is this year collegeboard seems to like asking questions about behaviour… in which case examples are a lot harder to use.

One example is almost never enough. Go for three. You can use books that you’ve read recently as books, or read some wikipedia pages on history/recent events to use as examples.

Two examples is probably best, but one example essay have scored 12s before. It’s not easy to get a 12 with a single example essay because you have to include a lot of supporting details. So shoot for 2!
