SAT Japanese

I'm considering switching my test from Bio to Japanese in November, and like everyone else who's ever posted about this test online, I've found NO prep material specific to this test.

To those who've taken it: how hard is it, really? Assuming that I can pass JLPT 3, but without hitting every single question ([??????? JLPT]???????????-Examination-2009-????-3), do you think getting a 700+ is possible? The sample Qs on collegeboard are a joke, of course, but I'm worried that the real thing will be harder. Although I suppose one advantage that the SAT will have is that the questions are all written in English ...

Bumppppppp

I don’t know if I’ll help, but I’m a weird case.
I’m not exactly native, but not exactly someone who studied it.
I learned japanese by ear, but I don’t know how to write, I’m limited in reading, and to reiterate, I learned grammar by ear.
I ended up getting a 680… which is painful because it’s so close to a 700…
It’s DEFINITELY not like the one on collegeboard, by the way.

If I got a 5 on the Japanese AP and have been taking the language for 6 years (I’m not a native speaker though) will I be able to make above 700?
