<p>Well, it depends on the type of fluency.
If it’s your native language, then obviously it won’t help you that much,
but if it’s a foreign language that you are just good at, then it’s a plus.</p>
<p>If it is your native language, many adcoms will see it as an “easy way out” of their 2 or 3 SAT II requirements. A lot of schools don’t suggest you to do so and some even look down on it. Refer to Stanford’s FAQ.</p>
<p>However, SOME people say that it demonstrates your proficiency in bilingualism, so who knows?</p>
