I am taking the Chinese w/ listening in 2 weeks.
I don't have a SAT Subject Tests book with me and was wondering about the format of the test:

How much time per section?

P.S. It says I need a CD player. Do they give enough time for the listening section? I am guessing that due to various conditions not everyone will finish listening to their CD at the EXACT time.

I'm taking it in 2 weeks I think...
r u Chinese? If yes then don't need to worry at all...Just bring a CD player for the listening part

do u guys think i can bring a radio?? i dont have any small cd players around -.-

I want this information so I can do practice.

For all the language tests, the format is basically the same...listening comes first, then the reading. I don't remember the actual time for each part, but I do remember they stopped everyone at the same time for both listening and reading.

They only let you use a radio if you forgot a CD player. (I took the Spanish test last yr. with someone who was testing for German sitting beside me, who forgot hers, and they let her use a BOOM BOX...which was fun.)

All of the listening sections last approximately 20 minutes, regardless of what language you're testing in. They stop you at the same time. They're generally extremely easy.

After they stop, to mark the answers, can i go back to listening part??
