Hey guys!

In order to get an 800 on this test, how should I go about preparing? I've bought the Barron's prep book already.

I took a College Board practice test, and scored a 720; however, I gave myself an extra 15 minutes to finish the test completely. I asked an SAT English teacher how I should prepare, and she said to just do practice tests as well as study the Barron's book. Do you guys agree? If so, do you know where I can find a plethora of Literature practice tests (nothing easy)??

Just a warning, this test was NOT easy. I took it with zero preparation and scored a 730, but I attribute that to having been familiar with the majority of the passages the test booklet contained (so really, dumb luck). I think Barron’s is the best prep for subject tests, though, so maybe read through that. I also don’t think the curve is very forgiving, so it isn’t easy to score an 800 on this test.

just a suggestion, you might post this question over in SAT II prep area rather than here, where the discussion is mostly focused on Cornell.
