Hi
The college I covet wants me to take 2 Sat Subject tests
As i want to major in math/statistics, I want to take Mathematics I and Mathematics II, to show them how good I am in mathematics.
Is it a good idea or should i take more various subject tests? I really want to show that mathematics is "my thing".

Take a look at the CB website, the Math 2 has more advanced concepts than the Math 1. You should only take the Math 2 since your interest is in math. Even if you take both, only one of these will count towards the requirement of 2 Subject tests. There are other ways to show that math is your thing, clubs, competitions, college coursework, etc.

Math Level 1 is pointless if you take Math Level 2. As an intended math major, just take Math Level 2 and get an 800 on it.

For the second (or third) subject test, choose one in a subject that you are interested in and know well. Check with the universities you are applying to in order to find which ones they require or recommend, or use for other purposes (e.g. foreign language subject tests for placement in foreign language courses or fulfillment of foreign language requirements).

“I want to take Mathematics I and Mathematics II, to show them how good I am in mathematics.”

Math I and math II do not prove that you are good at math.
I believe advance math courses will impress adcoms more.
