My highest score on SAT math section is 720, which is definitely I think does not show my Math knowledge. All of the stupid mistakes. However my SAT Math Level II score is 800. I already applied to Regular Decision. WIll the colleges consider my math Level II score or it is more important SAT math Section score? I mean schools like Harvard, yale, Princeton and Duke. Thank you!

They will see your SAT II score but it depends on who are looking at your resume. If i were you I would write why my score on the SAT was low. Tell them that silly mistakes caused it to a 710. Tell them your actual math knowledge is a 800

I have the same concern! I am a science and engineering oriented student, but I’ve been getting 770 on math for SAT I even though I have 800 on math II subject.

Your score is your score. Saying you made “silly mistakes” doesn’t change anything. Adcoms know the curve is harsher for the regular SAT math than for the Math 2 subject test. My D took the December SAT. She missed two questions on the Math portion and got a 740 Math score. Since her CR and W scores were 800’s, she’s going to concentrate on trying to get an 800 on Math 2 instead of re-taking the SAT.
