can someone post all the formulas necessary for the sat 1 math section of the test?

thanks

They are all given in the test booklet when you take the test except for:

Area of a sector = .5(theta)r^2
Length of a sector = (theta)r

Theta must be in radians.

Area of sector = n/100 x Pi r^2
Length of a sector = n/100 x 2 Pi r

For the sectors basically use Circumference and Area formulas of a circle and multiply it by n/100.

ok this is going to sound really stupid but is a sector just an arc of a circle?
I've never heard the terminology "sector"

Wait..my formulas are for an arc not sector...lol

"ok this is going to sound really stupid but is a sector just an arc of a circle?

Basicly the area of the sector is a "slice" of the pie or circle, and the length of the sector is the "crust" of that slice of pie.
