SAT Math Hard difficulty problems 4 and 5.

I'm trying to get a 640-650 in math. Problem is I really struggle with ALL level 4 and 5 type problems. The only section I can get over half of them right is Numbers and Operations. I am especially awful with algebra and functions and geometry. I have tried to many of them and have read numerous explanations but none of them stick. Don't know what to do. For reading and writing, practice really helped. for math, it doesn't help. Any suggestions?

From practice tests I’ve taken, scoring a perfect in math seemed to be about knowing what theyre asking- plenty of times my friends see information and suddenly have ideas bouncing around, irrelevant to what is needed. SAT math is relatively easy and masterable. There are specific kinds of questions that recur, I think it would help to understand them, know what they ask, and have a method to approaching them.
I’m sorry if I’m not helpful enough.
