Can you compare or at least gauge SAT Math (both Ic and IIc) scores from your SAT Reasoning Math section?? Do people score higher on one of the tests?

i.e.... A 730 SAT Reasoning Math will be in the range of <...> on the SAT Ic or IIc??

They can't really be compared in that way. Maths in SAT I is a set of relatively easy questions and time is the only constraint.

Maths IIC is also easy if you have covered the relevant topics already; the curve is also very lenient so many people get 800s and other very high scores in it. I have never taken the IC so i cant comment.

I'm sure that you can see that someone who is prone to stupid mistakes may suffer more in SAT I Maths because of its curve. On the other hand, someone who hasnt covered a more advanced maths curriculum may do a lot worse in SAT II maths. It's almost impossible to predict without more information about the testtaker.

Thanks for the info Featherflare.

Does anyone know how much precalculus (i.e. what topic(s) from precalculus) is on the Math IIC?
